Here is how this works in practice. Brazilian broadcast delivery operates on ISDB-Tb (the Japanese ISDB-T digital terrestrial standard with Brazilian national modifications, adopted in 2007) and uses AS-11 wrap formats for ingest at all major TV networks. We set up delivery to Globo (Brazil's largest network, headquartered in Rio with PROJAC operating the largest telenovela production pipeline in Latin America since 1965), Band (Bandeirantes), SBT (Sistema Brasileiro de Televisão), Record (Record TV), RedeTV!, and TV Cultura (public-service).

Here is what we have to work with. On the ground, Broadcast masters start from finishing rooms at Globo Estúdios PROJAC, O2 Filmes, Casablanca Studios, Quanta Pós-Produção, and Conspiração in Pro Tools, Nuendo, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Baselight workflows. With audio at -24 LKFS loudness compliance, Rec.709 colour, broadcast-safe luminance and chrominance, and full automated QC pre-flight (Telestream Vidchecker, Tektronix Aurora, Interra Baton) before transfer.

Here is the short of it. Brazilian broadcast carries a deep telenovela and serial heritage. Globo telenovelas have been produced steady since the 1960s at PROJAC, supplying the largest dub and dialogue-edit pipeline in Latin America for distribution across the Lusophone diaspora (Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé & Príncipe, East Timor — over 250 million Portuguese speakers). Globoplay carries the catalogue digitally alongside HBO Max Brasil, Star+, Vivo Play, Netflix Brasil, Apple TV+ Brasil, Disney+ Brasil, Amazon Prime Video Brasil, and Paramount+ Brasil.

Here is the layout. On the ground, ANATEL governs transmission compliance, ANCINE governs production sign-ups, LGPD governs data residency on AWS São Paulo and Azure Brazil South, and LIBRAS sign-language tracks plus audio description deliverables are increasingly required for accessibility. Brazilian Portuguese is supplied as the primary audio track with European Portuguese, Spanish (for Mercosul), and English-language alternates wrapped into the IMF or AS-11 deliverable based on sites.
