SCENE 01 / MULTI CAMERA SHOOTS
Multi-Camera Production Services
Professional multi-cam crews and equipment for live events, TV production, and complex shoots across Brazil.
Here is how this works in practice. Multi-camera shoots employ two or more cameras at once to capture scenes from many angles, maximizing coverage and preserving performance scene matching. From major events at São Paulo's Allianz Parque to Carnival broadcasts in Rio de Janeiro, this way is standard for interviews, live events, dialogue scenes, and any situation where repeated takes are impractical or impossible.
Here is the short of it. We give multi-camera setups scaled to your production's needs, setting up matching camera bodies, lenses, and monitor kit. Working with Brazil's top broadcast infrastructure including Globo Studios and Quanta Post in São Paulo, our team makes sure seamless tech integration between all cameras, giving your director and editor full coverage from each angle.

Multi-camera coverage for Globo PROJAC telenovelas, Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza Brasil, F1 Interlagos, Maracanã, and Sambódromo Marquês de Sapucaí Carnaval
Here is how this works in practice. Brazilian multi-camera workflow runs deeper than almost anywhere on the continent. Globo Estúdios PROJAC in Rio (the world's largest telenovela operation since 1965) has been training six-, eight-, and twelve-camera live-shot crews for nearly six decades, and that bench feeds straight into our event and broadcast roster. Our standard packages run Sony HDC-3500 and HDC-5500 broadcast bodies on Vinten Vector pedestals, Grass Valley Karrera and Kayenne switchers, Riedel Bolero comms across camera, EVS XT-VIA replay servers for sports and Carnival, and EVS Xeebra goal-line verification for Brasileirão Série A coverage of Flamengo, Palmeiras, Corinthians, São Paulo, Vasco, Fluminense, and Botafogo.
Here is the breakdown. On the ground, Fiber-and-triax runs scale from the 8-cam corporate stage in São Paulo Vila Madalena studios to 30+ cam stadium ops at Maracanã, Allianz Parque, and Autódromo Interlagos. RioFilme and Spcine handle the city-side permits. ANATEL clears wireless frequency stacks before any cam-link or RF-camera goes on air.
Here is the short of it. The signature event calendar is the test bed: the Sambódromo Marquês de Sapucaí (Niemeyer 1984) Carnaval parade — the densest multi-cam live shoot Brazil produces, where Olodum, Ilê Aiyê, and Filhos de Gandhy blocos in Salvador run parallel. This covers plus Rock in Rio (since 1985, 700K+ attendance, the largest LatAm music festival, biennial), Lollapalooza Brasil at Autódromo Interlagos (since 2012), C6 Fest São Paulo, Tomorrowland Brasil in Itu (since 2015), F1 Interlagos São Paulo Grand Prix carrying the Ayrton Senna 1988/1990/1991 World Championship heritage, and the 1950 / 2014 World Cup + 2016 Olympics opening-ceremony venue at Maracanã.
Here is what that looks like on the ground. On the ground, our crews work to Globo-spec match-frame discipline, log timecode to EBU LTC, and ride a dedicated UPS + Honda EU70is power packs stack because Brazil's grid will trip a long event if you let it. Lei do Audiovisual and Lei Rouanet sponsorship structures get folded into the spend plan. CLT, FGTS 8%, and 13º salário are budgeted across each freelance line.
FAQ
Technical Capabilities
How many cameras can you deploy for multi-cam productions?
We often deploy 3-12 camera setups and can scale beyond for major events. Standard configurations have 3-camera interview setups, 5-7 camera corporate events, and 8-12+ camera concert and live show shoots.
Do you provide live switching or ISO recording?
We give both. Live switching gives real-time edited output for streaming or IMAG. ISO recording captures each camera independently for post-prod flexibility. Most shoots use a combination of both ways.
Can you integrate with existing venue systems?
Yes. Our tech teams are skilled in interfacing with venue audio systems, house lighting, existing video infrastructure, and broadcast facilities. We conduct tech surveys to plan integration needs.
What's included in multi-cam production packages?
Packages mostly have cameras, operators, vision mixer/director, tech manager, tracking, comms, cabling, and recording/switching gear. Audio, lighting, and streaming are ready as additions based on venue needs.
How much setup time is required for multi-cam productions?
Setup time differs by complexity: 3-4 cameras mostly need 3-4 hours, 5-7 cameras need 4-6 hours, and 8+ camera setups may need a full day. We always have time for tech rehearsal before going live.
Can you provide live streaming alongside multi-cam recording?
Fully. We give integrated streaming solutions to platforms including YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn, and custom RTMP destinations. Multi-bitrate encoding and CDN distribution ready for large audiences.
