SCENE 01 / MULTI CAMERA SETUPS
Multi-Camera Setups
Professional live event coverage and multi-camera production across Brazil.
Here is how this works in practice. Multi-camera setups deploy two or more cameras at once to capture full coverage of scenes, events, or performances. From Rio's iconic concert venues and Carnival broadcasts to São Paulo's stadium events, this way maximizes shooting efficiency, preserves performance scene matching, and gives editors with many angles from each take.
Here is the short of it. We set up multi-camera configurations with matched camera bodies, synchronized settings, and integrated monitor kit across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Salvador, and Brasília. Our team works often with the broadcast ecosystem around Estúdios Globo (Projac) and Estúdios Quanta, leveraging Brazil's strong tradition of live television and stadium production.

8 / 12 / 30+ camera live-event and broadcast multi-cam stacks for Globo PROJAC telenovela, Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, F1 Interlagos, Maracanã, and Sambódromo Carnaval
Here is how this works in practice. Brazilian multi-camera capacity is deeper than almost anywhere in South America. Globo Estúdios PROJAC Rio has been running 6 / 8 / 12-camera live-shot telenovela floors steady since 1965 (the world's largest TV operation). That operator bench feeds straight into our event and broadcast roster. Standard packages run Sony HDC-5500 and HDC-3500 broadcast bodies on Vinten Vector pedestals + Cartoni Focus 22 fluid heads, Grass Valley Karrera + Kayenne switchers, Riedel Bolero comms across the entire camera, talent, and stage-management chain, EVS XT-VIA replay servers for sports and Carnival, and EVS Xeebra goal-line verification for Brasileirão Série A (Flamengo, Palmeiras, Corinthians, São Paulo, Vasco, Fluminense, Botafogo) plus CBF national-team fixtures. RF camera links run Mosaic + Vislink + Cobham wireless with ANATEL frequency licensing.
Here is how the picture comes together. The signature event calendar tests the rig hard. Sambódromo Marquês de Sapucaí (Niemeyer 1984) Carnaval February — the densest multi-cam live shoot Brazil produces with full 30+ camera Globo coverage spanning crane + jib + Spidercam + steadicam + handheld + Russian arm — runs parallel to Salvador Carnaval (Olodum + Ilê Aiyê + Filhos de Gandhy bloco coverage). Rock in Rio (since 1985, 700K+ attendance, largest LatAm music festival biennial), Lollapalooza Brasil at Autódromo Interlagos São Paulo (since 2012), C6 Fest São Paulo, and Tomorrowland Brasil Itu (since 2015) deliver festival main-stage 8 / 12 / 16 camera setups. F1 Interlagos São Paulo Grand Prix carrying Ayrton Senna 1988 / 1990 / 1991 World Championship heritage runs FIA-spec broadcast. Maracanã (1950 + 2014 World Cup + 2016 Olympics opening venue) plus Allianz Parque + Jeunesse Arena run CBF / UFC / boxing broadcast spec. Honda EU70is + Stamford trailer power N+1 redundancy. ANCINE / CLT / FGTS 8% / 13º salário budgeted. Spcine + RioFilme permits.
FAQ
Live Production Expertise
How many cameras can you deploy?
Here is the breakdown. We often operate setups from 3 to 12+ cameras based on event scale. For major concerts at venues like Allianz Parque or stadium broadcasts at Maracanã, we can deploy extensive camera packages including specialty positions like jibs, roving cameras, and POV units.
Do you provide live switching and direction?
Yes, our multi-camera packages have skilled vision mixers and directors who switch between cameras in real-time, creating a polished live edit. We can deliver a switched program feed, ISO recordings, or both.
Can you live stream our event?
Yes, we give complete live streaming services including encoding, CDN delivery, and platform management for YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, or custom platforms. We can also give satellite uplink for broadcast.
What about IMAG for live audiences?
We give IMAG (Image Magnification) services for concerts and events, feeding live camera coverage to venue screens so audiences can see close-ups of performers and speakers.
Do you have OB van facilities?
Here is what that looks like on the ground. We work with pro OB (Outside Broadcast) vans equipped with switching desks, tracking, audio mixing, and all needed infrastructure. Brazil's strong live TV tradition has built one of Latin America's most skilled OB van fleets.
How far in advance should we book?
For major events, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks ahead to make sure gear availability and proper planning. Smaller multi-camera shoots can often be arranged with 1-2 weeks notice.
